Why we're niche on purpose

Tech receivables don't behave like other receivables. The invoices are recurring, the contracts auto-renew, the disputes are technical, and the debtor is often a sophisticated company with its own legal team. Generalist agencies handle that badly—they either give up early or go so aggressive they cost you a customer and your reputation.

We made a different bet: master one industry's receivables completely. Our collectors come from software and tech backgrounds, our processes are built around subscription and contract billing, and our results—85.3% success on large, timely-placed claims, 23.6-day average resolution—are what that focus buys.
